The first paragraph says:

The family is not related to the Parra brothers, members of the Chilean rock fusion group Los Jaivas.

However, in the family tree, the first generation has an Eduardo Parra that links to Eduardo Parra Pizarro who happens to be one of said brothers. So... which is it? --Kimon^talk 19:00, 19 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Violeta Parra had two daughters with Luis Arce, her second husband, who she married in 1948. Carmen Luisa Arce Parra was born in 1949. In 1952 Violeta gave birth to Rosita Clara Arce Parra. Rosita Clara died in Santiago in 1955, when Violeta was on tour in Europe. Carmen Luisa was Violeta's companion through her last days.
