No. Robin isn't dead; she's being held captive by someone in an unknown location. So they're still married under law.

"Under law" she is dead. They she the paperwork to prove she's dead, and they not married. Unless, she is released from her captor and they reunite, they aren't married.Caringtype1 (talk) 18:28, 16 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

They are married Caringtype. Your explaination, while valid, is invalid because she is alive. So the marriage is still legal.
