  t-comma does not render on XP without an add-on, and XP is the most widely used operating system for personal computers. Non-Romanians using more modern operating systems won't notice the difference. Isn't Romanian Wiki the place to show off the latest in Romanian diacritics? Constanța, Iași, Galați, Brașov, Ploiești, Botoșani, Focșani, Pitești, etc., are other examples (already using s-comma); so, or we rename Timişoara, Piatra Neamţ and Târgu Mureş, too, or vice-versa!
