Contradiction

The section on the 18-hole playoff states:

"The U.S. Open is the only tournament that still uses this version. . . . The U.S. Women's Open also uses this format."

Um, isn't the U.S. Women's Open a tournament? If it uses this format, then it is false that "The U.S. Open is the only tournament that still uses this version."Daqu (talk) 01:09, 16 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Multiple issues

I've flagged this article with multiple issues for the following reasons--

  • It's generally lacking in references.
  • The references included need to be checked, as well as factual accuracy, as the article doesn't appear to have been updated for content this year.
  • It contains a number of
    weasel words
    , particularly in the introduction.

This is far from my specialist subject but when I'm home and logged in, I'll help out where I can. Any assistance would be very much appreciated! :) 81.141.76.52 (talk) 08:34, 13 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
