Quotation Problem

Due to a mistake in the placement of quotation marks, it's not completely clear what parts of this sentence are quoted. If someone has access to the original, I would be grateful if you could clear this up. I've got my own personal idea about where the quotation mark is missing (after the word "Psalter") but I'm not going to mess with it since I haven't personally seen the source.

Patrick D. Miller suggests that Psalm 1 "sets the agenda for the Psalter through its "identification of the way of the righteous and the way of the wicked as well as their respective fates" as well as "its emphasis on the Torah, the joy of studying it and its positive benefits for those who do."[7] Alephb (talk) 02:11, 26 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
