An introductory sentence (i.e. "PFGE is....") would be tremendously helpful.
In my opinion, the small theory paragraph that's attributed to "Dr Saleh Mutahar Y. Oth" doesn't say anything that isn't said in the rest of the article, and doesn't say it clearer: I reckon it should just be deleted. 131.111.46.14 (talk) 13:48, 22 November 2008 (UTC)
