While adding citations to this article on 2 May 2020 I discovered that large sections of the existing uncited text had been copied verbatim from another website. So as to avoid copyright violations, I rewrote this text and added further cited content, and rearranged the whole article into new sections that IMO made sense, and published this on 3 May 2020. I heard the government of Penang asked a while ago to be able to use it also as civil airport. Are there some news?
