Functions are kind of legal statement as mentioned in the constitution of the Human Rights Protection Act (TPHRA) 1993^[1] (with amendment act 2006). Please rephrase it to a simplified version if required Naahar (talk) 12:21, 9 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The text doesn't seem to be taken from that source. If you copied it from elsewhere then you need to provide evidence that we can legally use it before it can be included here.
