Merger proposal

I suggest we merge

Apostolic Vicariate of Fiji, the previous classification of this diocese, into Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Suva. The only reason they have separate pages is that the Apostolic Vicariate of Fiji happened to be current in 1913 when the Catholic Encyclopedia was published.
