I would like to point out that the paper was a finalist for a Pulitzer this year (http://www.pulitzer.org/citation/2008,Local+Reporting) for their series Broken Trust (http://www.heraldtribune.com/apps/pbcs.dll/section?CATEGORY=MULTIMEDIA0202), which I think would merit inclusion in this article.
