City infobox

I have just updated the infobox information using the new template. The page should be fine to be removed from the list of articles needing an infobox conversion now. Blinutne 00:13, 6 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Geography

How much of Sevier County is being defined as "Sevierville"? From the list of schools, it appears to be a very expansive geographic definition. I would expect to find Pittman Center Elementary School identified as being in Pittman Center for example, not Sevierville. What is the basis for putting Pittman Center and Pigeon Forge schools in this article?--orlady 18:15, 29 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Changes 10/4/2007

I have rearranged this article, added a lengthier (perhaps too lengthy) history section, expanded the geography section, and de-linked about 50 red links.

I placed a photo of the Sevier County Courthouse in the infobox, and moved the photo of the city hall further down. The town is basically centered around the courthouse, and the building is visible from most anywhere in town. Regular visitors to the area associate the courthouse with Sevierville. If anyone disagrees, feel free to switch them.
