Hi Kosigrim, sorry, I took the liberty to delete the whole second paragraph on practice; it quite inappropriate to write tantric practices in a very public place like this. I appreciate your trying to spread your knowledge, but this is really in stark contradiction to how Buddhist tantra should be treated. Furthermore, this is an encyclopedia, not a Buddhist practice manual. With love, rudy 09:50, 19 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

pronunciation

I deleted the "pronunciations", which were nonsense. If anyone knows the actual pronunciations and needs help adding them, let me know. — kwami (talk) 02:43, 3 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Numerous Problems

I began to correct some things on the page: incorrect Wylie transliteration and Tibetan uchen script; the problematic assertion concerning the slight and superficial resemblance to eleven-headed thousand-armed Avalokiteśvara (supposed confusion arising from this being unsupported and, besides that, irrelevant to the rest of the article); the statement that the Trayastriṃśa heaven is a buddhakṣetra, while it is in fact a heaven of the desire realm... However, there are numerous problems in the main sections of the article as well: poorly constructed sentences, etc... The whole thing needs to be overhauled, I'm afraid, but I encourage others to make whatever contributions or correction that they can in the meantime... Mistranslations in infobox?

IP editor 81.173.209.36 made the following comment today in the article (in German). I am moving their comment here to the talk page and translating it from their German. AtticusX (talk) 10:12, 23 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
