US-centric

I wholly support the allegations of US-centric nature of the 2023-05-19 version of the article. However, I do not have an expertise to write about non-US points of view. My limited experience tells me, that European Patent Convention does not have similar duality, and that the case law in other countries is not well developed in this regard. I invite non-US patent law experts to contribute to this article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Walter Tau (talkcontribs)
