Hi. There's a statement on the article saying as a conclusion by Durkheim that "Suicide rates are higher in Scandinavian countries". However, in his book (tr. Spaulding and Simpson, Free Press, 1951) on page 86 he writes "In short, of all the Germanic peoples, only the Germans are in general strongly inclined to suicide."; Germanic meaning "German, the Scandinavian, the Anglo-Saxon, the Flemish" (p. 85).
