Weapons/Piketen

The article contained an error concerning regulations being introduced ALLOWING officers walk around with a chambered weapon. Prior to my fix the article stated the regulations forbade them from doing this. Can only conclude that the person who wrote that passage either haven't read his source or can't speak Swedish.

The Piketen section needs to be reworked, there's no such thing as "Piketen" any more since they renamed and reorganized them into the "Reinforced Regional Taskforce" teams. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reinforced_Regional_Task_Force
