Thanks to John Vandenberg for restoring this reference. I was having trouble considering notability issues, mostly because of a lack of experience with providing references in Wiki pages, and he has supplied this neatly.
On the subject of acronyms, a lot of information is inaccessible without a breakdown to at least define acronyms used in it, so it seems necessary to keep at least some information on these even if they are used narrowly within a subject. The initial source of my understanding of the definition was lectures by Rhys Shobbrook of Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia on the subject of Project Management, detailing "
