various problems

Biosynthesis - "Though a-terpinene is commonly considered a perfume..." does not belong under Biosynthesis. "a subsequent the" should be "the subsequent". The "menthyl/alpha-terpinyl cation" isn't. It could be considered a delta-terpinyl cation. 69.72.92.88 (talk) 05:32, 3 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

When I see minor flaws like this, I merely correct them and note the correction. Instead, I am lazy at finding citations (too busy acquiring data to publish)! -ZI

Citations needed

I have developed and used methodology for GC-MS in the cannabis matrix, and there is no doubt that all three of the naturally-occurring terpinenes occur in cannabis, with terpinolene specifically being one of the most abundant monoterpenes in some cultivars (mass-spectrum-confirmed). I need to know this, because I need to calibrate for terpinolene at higher concentrations than other compounds already cited as cannabis constituents (linalool, for example), sometimes exceeding 2% w/w in a sample versus a carefully matrix-matched calibration.

In the meantime, anybody who reads this looking for citations, please hunt for me! I am too busy gathering data which may one day be published and useful as a citation! -ZI — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2603:3023:106:5C00:6106:11F3:40ED:97B2 (talk) 03:07, 18 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
