– Whether sources use the current title, many soundtrack articles use the parenthetical disambiguation instead. Per WP:CONSISTENCY, the titles should be consistent with other titles of soundtrack articles. As for sources, very few or some sources use natural disambiguation for both soundtracks, but they did not reach occasionally-used or often-used level. Ninety-Nine Nights Original Soundtrack, Orange County: The Soundtrack, True Grit: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack, Woodstock: Music from the Original Soundtrack and More, etc, etc. These are just a sample. Yes, there are also a lot with "(soundtrack)", but the point of consistency is not to change titles that don't need changing in order to match those that did need disambiguating, but that when we do need to disambiguate, we do so in a consistent manner.
