Amount of animation

"three short cartoon segments of normal length and a short that is about 20 minutes": What is "normal length"? Does anyone know how much animation there is in this film in total? Esn 07:11, 10 June 2006 (UTC) Yes, please define "normal" length. Das Baz, aka Erudil 19:28, 19 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Copy removal, edit warring and 3RR violations

Hello,

WP:3RR in the process. I've checked your talk page and see that other's have queried your editing on this article and others, but you don't seem prepared to engage with them either there or on the talk pages of the articles in question. Perhaps if you followed good practice, WP:Etiquette and/or were more forthcoming about what you are attempting to accomplish and why you are so uncompromising about other editor's efforts which challenge your own views, many of these problems could be avoided? Please approach this as an attempt to resolve this situation in a reasonable manner. If you continue as you are at the moment, however, then I believe reporting you for your edit warring and 3RR violations will become inevitable. Bowdenford (talk) 09:25, 8 June 2013 (UTC)[reply

Critical assessment?

I've just seen this movie for the first time. The thing that struck me the most in the Reluctant Dragon animated sequence was the heavy reliance on effeminacy and gay stereotypes. Has no one written about this? kosboot (talk) 17:01, 28 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, it is oh so obvious that the Dragon is Gay. Only Gay Dragon ever, maybe. But if you dared to say so in Wikipedia, you'd be accused of that horrible sin and crime, "Original Research." Das Baz, aka Erudil 19:24, 19 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I took care of it. — Toughpigs (talk) 02:48, 15 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
