POV tag added

Two walkouts equate to a lot of controversy? Depending on your POV, the second one sounds like an admirable one depending on how the student body handled it. 1968 was part of the Vietnam Conflict era and student protests/walk-outs were the norm. If anything, this section should be retitled Student activism to let the reader decide what the POV should be and without
