Have made an attempt to expand and wikify this article:

Reworded and restructured article to be more encyclopaedic in tone and less like a guidebook or a loose collection of snippets of information; Edited/deleted wikilinks which didn't go anywhere useful and added others; Added infobox and reorganised section headings with references to other articles about places on the Wirral, Wiki formatting and with the aim of further content expansion; Added more content, external links and cited references.... Still more to do, eg: photos to add (with permission)
