I tweaked the opening sentence and removed the "After 1969" section, giving this TL clearer start/end parameters. The page was put up at the time that the 1954-1968 Civil Rights Movement had its own page. That page was changed to read 'Civil rights movement' and lost the long-term correct proper name of that historical movement. This timeline specifically refers to that movement, and should actually be changed to the proper name 'Timeline of the 1954-1968 Civil Rights Movement', although due to the RM would be oddly lower-cased.
