This article seems to have a negative POV towards 'total care'. I think having a 'criticisms' section is fine, but it should be balanced by a 'benefits' section or something similar - it can't just bash on the whole concept. --Karl.brown (talk) 19:03, 23 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
