Grand Duchess
At the risk of sounding like engaging in OR, in Imperial Russia, the title of Grand Duke-Grand Duchess was reserved for members of the House of Romanov who were not the Emperor-Empress. For an example, all of the uncles and brothers of the Emperor Nicholas II were all grand dukes while his daughters were all grand duchesses. If Tatiana Petrovnathe, the heroine of this film held the title of Grand Duchess that would make her into a member of the imperial family. The article does not say that, and maybe that was not the intention here. I am not certain if the writers were familiar with rules about Russian nobility, so they might used the title of Grand Duchess about it sounded Russian.
