Poor English / confusing structure

Someone needs to rewrite this. For examples, this section under '1990s' "After the free language rule was re-introduced in 1999, the first Turkish entry to be partially sung in English was at the 2000 contest. Turkey reached the top 10 for a second time since 1986, and landed in the top three for the first time, making it the most successful result for the country until its victory in 2003."

1. Mentioning 2000 in a section about 1990s and then referring to 1986 and 2003 is extremely confusing. 2. It says they reached the top 10 for the second time in 1986, but then talks about finishing 3rd place. They were 3rd in 1997, not 1986 (9th). 3.
