I renamed the article to "UAE President's Cup" to correspond to usage by FIFA ([1][2]) and a few other sources (example). While there are some sources which use "UAE President Cup" and "UAE Presidents Cup" (example), the primary usage in English-language reliable sources seems to be "UAE President's Cup".
