I don't think at all that this should be rated with low importance. Actually I think it could stand the addition of some information on what increases or decreases vascular permeability (for example, cytokines TNF-alpha change vascular permeability, which is a mediator of fever). Vascular permeability seems like an important concept in pathology when it comes to tissue injury, host immune response, etc. IsaacD (talk) 02:51, 2 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
