Though I am the one who created this article, it needs better sources. The PDF is from a source I do not know much about, and therefore I consider it not reliable, though it appears to be well written and reliable. The wordpress and forum I believe have accurate information, but by wikipedia standards they are not acceptable. I unfortunately could not find other reliable sources. Yanggwan's are not discussed much at all nor are there many articles on them at all. If someone who is native to Korea knows about them, you may add your original research and add the original research [original research?] template, I find it better than unreliable sources. If you know where there are articles, preferably in English, that talk about them as well, then that can be added. ItsWolfeh (talk) 23:31, 17 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

@User:2001:D08:E0:25D4:A551:3655:3BDA:AA5A : Without a source, common sense is that this is an article about the Korean hat with a Korean name. Similar hats might be worn by people in other cultures, but are probably different in some ways and certainly named differently. If you want to expand the article to say that yanggwan are worn by Chinese and Ryukyu officials, please cite a source to verify it. —[AlanM1(talk)]— 05:50, 29 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
