The article has some sentences that have rather an odd structure. I'll try and correct the more obvious ones myself. --Nozzer71 (talk) 14:28, 30 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

At the bottom under the section titled controversy there is a list of people described as "collaborationist personalities," referring to their relations with the Nazis during German occupation. The collaborationist description may be appropriate for Vituska and Shukhevych. I understand there is a lot of debate about how to characterize Stepan Bandera's career. However, by no possible definition was Stanisław Bułak-Bałachowicz a Nazi collaborator. He fought tenaciously against the German invasion in 1939, he organized underground resistance after Poland's surrender, and was captured and executed by the Gestapo soon after. I don't think the Russian ambassador's protests referred to in this wiki were due to Stanisław Bułak-Bałachowicz's inclusion. He is doesn't belong on a list of possible Nazi collaborators, period. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2605:6000:E9CE:2C00:3C42:964D:11C1:19B8 (talk) 04:40, 8 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Indeed. I will fix that.

Political Agitation

"Young Front" - sounds somehow familiar ... whatever. Just the introduction emphasizes, this is the "largest youth organization in Belarus, which professes to "democratic values", and that they are members of a democratic organization of the EU ( EDS).

It's aims and means include

  • spiritually and physically strong generation and
  • mass and agitation activity in order to revive Belarusian schools, culture, language

...also reminisces of sth. But what was it again o.0 ... Red Front ... Volksfront...?
Although, "Belarusian national idea" and "Motherland's fate" ... not exactly Red Front style.

In the very last paragraph, praise of leaders "accused of collaborating with Nazi Germany" is mentioned. Followed by a reference to a protesting Russian ambassador. The Russians again, they never get tired of Nazi allegations, do they! Whatever, flaunting democracy and free markets strongly suggests, EU will be reassured ;)

Joking. Aside. This is not a neutral article, and the paragraph "Face-off with regime ... " sounds like the plot of an action movie, or taken right from a fanzine; not sure if "regime" is appropriate wording for an encyclopedia at all. This youth organisation definitely should be watched, but with professional skepticism.

This should be reviewed & rewritten. 91.35.167.146 (talk) 18:43, 22 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
