Ted Hugh Rowlands (born September 27, 1966) is an American newscaster who previously worked at CNN, KSBW in Salinas, CA[1] as well as KNTV Channel 11 "https://www.sfgate.com/bayarea/article/stayner-prosecutors-fight-for-confession-tv-2853785.php".
