The prose is wells-sourced and long enough. Regarding the freshness issue, it was created on 14 Feb but was nominated 8 days later on 22 Feb. It was then 5xed after creation making it eligible for DYK. Though 1 day delay could be overlooked per DYK guidelines had the article been of a proper size. The hook is interesting and well sourced. What about the following wording:

Alt0a:... that 19th century construction of the bathing ghat (pictured) at Bulandshahr was delayed because an executive engineer deemed it was an "eye-sore"?

This one is more clear in terms of stating who considered the building to be an "eye-sore". --Mhhossein ^talk 07:57, 24 February 2023 (UTC)
