This article is new enough and long enough. The image is in the public domain, the hook facts are cited inline, the article is neutral and I detected no copyright issues. I find the use of the prison for debtors interesting, - Mr Micawber spent some time there if I remember correctly. A QPQ has been done so this should be good to go. @SL93: I agree with Narutolovehinata5—this is not a "perfect hook". If we're talking about 19th-century England, I immediately think of Charles Dickens novels and debtors' prison. If this doesn't appear in the image slot (which it may well not), it has nothing to carry it. @Philafrenzy: and @Whispyhistory: can we have a hookier hook please?
