- ... that the roof of the Temple of Hera in Corfu, was decorated by large terracota figures painted in vivid colour, making it one of the most intricately adorned buildings of Archaic Greece? Source: JSTOR: "With its molded and brightly painted terracotta tile roof, the Temple of Hera at Mon Repos was among the most elaborately decorated Greek buildings of its time. ... At the time of its creation, ca. 610 b.c., the roof of the Temple of Hera at Mon Repos was the most ambitious project of its kind yet attempted. On the basis of excavation records and a new analysis of the fragments, the author restores the monumental architectural terracottas to a single roof of this Archaic temple, rather than to separate subphases or buildings. The reconstruction drawings reveal a hybrid gabled system that incorporates features of hipped roofs, resulting in a proto-pedimental space at the front. Drawing broadly from other Mediterranean styles, the artisans also developed techniques for replicating large and brightly painted lions, gorgoneia, and Daedalic maidens."

New enough, long enough, and well-sourced. The sourcing checks out, and Earwig found no copyvio. Hook is interesting and within rules. QPQ done. The images appear to be properly licensed, and although it wasn't clear from their metadata that they are of this site, a sign legible in one of them makes that clear. Good to go.
