Hi @Philafrenzy: two reasons: (1) because I like the picture, which doesn't work with the first hook; and (2) because the topic of encumbered estates is quite niche and the example in ALT1 brought it to life. Onceinawhile (talk) 19:08, 9 June 2019 (UTC)
