Usage
You may use either one of the following:

Use this tag to flag a citation that is not specific enough to facilitate verification of information from the cited source. For example, it may include a page range which is unreasonably broad.
For citations missing vital parts of the source, use the more specific Incomplete or broken citation template in the navbox below.
