Template:OL author/testcases

These test cases are intended to prove that by tweaking the template, it can be made to accept Open Library identifiers with or without the 'OL' prefix. Because Citation Style 1 citations and {{OL}} don't support the 'OL' prefix, changing this template (and {{OL book}} and {{OL work}}) to use the identifier both with and without the 'OL' prefix will allow for a transition during which a robot might convert all existing transclusions of these templates to be 'OL'-less. Doing this will make the 'how' of using OL identifiers consistent across en.wikipedia.
