Thanks, Dharmadhyaksha; I was about to do the same. I think those were a lot of the really problematic ones, but I've also removed "license raj" as only tangentially related, and I'm hesitant about "mafia raj" which is a neologism, after all, and hardly seems to describe a coherent phenomenon.
