Expansion
I thought that it would be useful to re-design the template because most articles don't even exist, similar to the
People's Republic of China template. I will try to include the 2002 diplomatic crisis between Mexico and Cuba once I'm done with the Foreign relations of Mexico article, which might take awhile. Kraft. (talk) 01:42, 30 March 2009 (UTC)[reply
