I have moved this template from Category:British film director navigational boxes and added it to Category:American film director navigational boxes and Category:Scottish film director navigational boxes. The Frank Lloyd article makes clear that Frank Lloyd was born in Scotland so I would think the Scottish category is more appropriate than the British parent category in this case. Also as the article describes him in the lead section as an "American film director" and given that lived and worked in America for much of his life, a it seemed appropriate to add the template to the American director category.
