Bias and references
This template is right now unduly focused on Eastern Europe (bias, or just unglobalized?). Also, in national memory, there should be a section listing those institutions, with sources to show they have been described as such. - National memory institutions are generally a feature of post-Communist countries in Eastern Europe; I haven't heard of them anywhere else. (This formulation is "institution for national memory" rather than "national-level memory institution", which, like national library, is something completely different. - You can start a different template for national libraries or national archives if you like. This template is only for institutions that deal with national memory, according to sources.
