Clarification

I just changed this template to list

For the purposes of these navboxes, consensus seems to be that the "principal owner" of a club is the person recognized as such by MLB and the person that represents the team at MLB owners meetings. This included a person who may not be a majority owner, but is the head of an ownership "group" (i.e., like the Monfort brothers in Colorado before they recently bought most of the other shareholders). To my understanding, Magowan met and Neukom meets this definition. For aother example
