"Original" programming

ABC in another country? It is not produced, funded or in any other way an "original" program. Sources note the program was acquired by Seeso [1][2] but is not a production nor produced for Seeso. It has been acquired by Seeso. Why is it listed here as an 'original?' -- Whats new?(talk) 06:32, 28 November 2016 (UTC)[reply

You're quite correct, we should only include programming that is produced or commissioned by the network, the same we do for any other network. To draw a more direct parallel, a lot of shows for Netflix are branded as "original" programming in markets where they have exclusivity, but these are not produced by or for them.
