Ullackalie Lagoon (Tamil: உல்லைக்கழி Ullaikkaḻi) is a lagoon in Trincomalee District, eastern Sri Lanka.

The lagoon is surrounded by

The lagoon has extensive
shorebirds
.
The western part of the lagoon was designated an animal sanctuary in 1970.
