This page highlights my contributions to Wikipedia over the last 12 months (Dec 2022 to Dec 2023).

Highlights

  • Attending Wikimania 2023 was a major highlight of my year. I was able to meet many other editors, attend a number of educational and interesting talks, and join Rosiestep and Lajmmoore in presenting on the organisation of Women in Red edit-a-thons.
  • I have participated in and helped organise a number of Women in Red edit-a-thons, for example CEE Women and the Indian subcontinent geofocus. A number of the pages below marked with the Women in Red icon were created as part of these edit-a-thons. I really enjoy being able to learn and read about other women globally while participating in these events..
  • I've started getting more interested in the Articles for Deletion process, especially articles that have been nominated because they're lacking sources but where the subject is in fact notable in my view. I enjoy working on these articles to ensure they properly demonstrate notability, for example Scion (organisation), Abbie Palmer , Matt Dibley-Dias, Jim Traue and Lucy Elliott .
