Sorry for the delay in welcoming you to the project, but welcome aboard! As you can see from the project page, right now almost all of the articles in the scope of the project need a lot of work. Also, I am certain there are a number of other articles which should still be created. As you may have noticed from the project page, this project is engaged in assessments. One of the things we can assess for is the importance of a given article to the project. Then, the various members can work together to help improve the articles which are, as it were, most deserving of our immediate time. If you would like to take part in the selection of such articles, please voice your opinions on already nominated articles, or suggest a few that you believe inclusion on the list, at the Wikipedia:WikiProject South Dakota/Assessment/Top-importance articles page. WikiProject RuneScape, our former child project, was moved to become a task force of this project in January as it had a small scope but the task force is still going strong to this very day.

This past quarter marks the beginning of our new collaboration system

As well, we now have an Outreach Department which works on this newsletter as well as spreads the word of our project.
