  • Comment: The coverage is primarily about the Perivoli Schools Trust, which we already have an article about. I suggest merging info from this draft into that article, as I don't think there will ever be enough coverage of the Foundation to support an article. - UtherSRG (talk) 12:19, 15 January 2024 (UTC)
  • Comment: We need to see significant coverage in multiple independent and reliable secondary sources. This excludes coverage of indirectly related matters, as well as anyone associated with the organisation telling us about it. DoubleGrazing (talk) 06:15, 7 October 2023 (UTC)

The Perivoli Foundation is a UK-registered charity established in 2019..[1] With a core focus on Africa, "nursery school education, climate change, innovative technologies and academic research" are the main areas the foundation is focused on.[2]

James Alexandroff is one of the key people behind the Perivoli Foundation.[3] He was awarded an OBE in the New Year Honours 2023 Overseas and International List for his services to Education in Africa through the Foundation.[4]

In 2022, the Perivoli Foundation was awarded Gold in the Education/Training category at the Green Apple Awards.[5]

The Foundation's best-known scheme is the Perivoli Schools Trust – a two-year training programme for nursery school teachers in Sub-Saharan Africa. In January 2024 it was reported that through the programme, the Foundation has helped train 5,500 nursery school teachers.[6]

The Perivoli Foundation also supports The Perivoli Africa Research Centre (PARC), which was established at the University of Bristol,[7] following a £1m donation from the Foundation.[8]
