Fabienne Pascaud (born 1 July 1955, in Paris) is a journalist, critic, and editor for French publication Télérama.

In January 1980, she joined the weekly Télérama as a journalist for the Cinema department.

She later became deputy editor at Télérama Culture , then magazine editor in 2001, before becoming chief editor in 2005 [3]  ; she is finally vice-president of the board of Télérama SA, publishing company of the weekly.

Specialized in theater , she was a columnist on Europe 1 and producer of the show 1, 2, 3 Theater on France 2 (1989-1991). She collaborated with INA for portraits of directors and actors broadcast on Arte and France 3 [4] . She has also published books on the same subject, as well as a biography of Princess Diana.

In her last book, The Meaning of the Tribe, Deschamps-Makeïeff , Fabienne Pascaud traces the theater journey of the Deschamps-Makeïeff tribe since its beginnings in the 1970s, from the confidences of Macha Makeïeff and Jérôme Deschamps [5] . As a columnist she is often the guest of cultural programs, whether on France Inter , France Culture , France Musique [6] , or Radio Classics [7] . Since 2015, she has been part of the theater team at Masque and La Plume on France Inter .

En janvier 1980, elle entre à l'hebdomadaire Télérama comme journaliste au service Cinéma.

Elle devient par la suite rédactrice en chef adjoint au service Culture de Télérama, puis rédactrice en chef magazine en 2001, avant d'en devenir directrice de la rédaction en 2005^[3] ; elle est enfin vice-président du directoire de Télérama SA, société éditrice de l'hebdomadaire.

Spécialisée dans le théâtre, elle a été chroniqueuse sur Europe 1 et productrice de l’émission 1, 2, 3 Théâtre sur France 2 (1989-1991). Elle a collaboré avec l’INA pour des portraits de metteurs en scène et d'acteurs diffusés sur Arte et France 3^[4]. Elle a également publié des ouvrages sur le même sujet, ainsi qu'une biographie de la princesse Diana.

Dans son dernier ouvrage, Le Sens de la tribu, Deschamps-Makeïeff, Fabienne Pascaud retrace le parcours théâtral de la tribu Deschamps-Makeïeff depuis ses débuts dans les années 1970, à partir des confidences de Macha Makeïeff et Jérôme Deschamps^[5].
