The B'midbar Project, unearthed in 2005, is a world wide project dedicated to reaching the

Universal Law
of the Creator, Elohim of Abraham, Issac and Jacob. The project uses networking to employ the skill and abilities of the children of Israel in diaspora; in doing so the aim is to connect communities and to effect change in the nation as a whole.

History

Originally an excerpt from the Torah, the concept of B'midbar is a realization that much of humanity iswondering in the wilderness of their minds, just as the children of Israel did in the wilderness of Sinai. Project member Emunah Y'srael sister of Olympic runner Llewelyn Bredwood II meditating on this concept began to pen her autobiography in the summer of 2005. The literary journey is an recounting of her young 25 years of life. The "self help" portion of the book was the first to be publish and would latter be called “[1] B'midbar (in the wilderness) a 12 step guide for examination and purification.

In 2008 the B'midbar project began to work in conjunction with several Israelite congregations in New York City namely Brooklyn's long standing temple Beth Ab Shalom. Beth Ab Shalom and many others were established in the early to mid 1900's on the premise that the children of Diaspora ie. Transatlantic slave trade descendents are the children of Israel; recently this part of History was highlighted in the 2008 documentary "the Commandment Keepers".

In 2008 som B'midbar project members embarked on a nine month east African tour of

Rastafari movement. Emunah's father, grassroots Rasta and the Black Eagles reggae band lead singer Llewelyn Bredwood aka 'Jah T' taught her early principles of being the children of Israel. This realization of being Israelites spearheaded the venture in June of 2009 where the B'midbar Project went on to visit and live among a community of the children of Israel in diaspora, located in Dimona
Israel.

Fall of 2010 B'midbar Team member Zadok ben Lewi aka Ahkee and Emunah aka Sojournah released the B'midbar Soundtrack in Fall 2010, the title track Better Way forged the way for the project to enter the music scene. In the return back to the Creator and his laws of living team members Zadok & Emunah were featured in January of 2012 for the unconventional option to bring their twin children into the earth naturally. Recently in Spring of 2012 Emunah Y'srael was featured in www.ebony.com speaking to the hopes and dreams for her children here in the Wilderness of the Nations.

Currently there is a wide spread internet campaign to glean all reports, documentaries and articles that pertains to the Children of Israel in the diaspora. These findings are displayed in a open forum titled the in the wilderness page for others to add to and explore.
