Charmaine Yoest, Ph.D. is President & CEO of Washington D.C. during the presidency of Ronald Reagan. In 2008 she was a senior advisor to Mike Huckabee's presidential campaign.[1]
Dr. Yoest was called to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee during the July 2009 confirmation hearings for Supreme Court nominee Judge

Yoest has testified on other occasions before Congress. She co-authored Mother in the Middle, an examination of childcare policy. Yoest has a Ph.D. in Politics from the University of Virginia.
