Hello, you have uploaded some images with a license that says "The use of this file is permitted only on Wikipedia."

This is not a valid license to have in Wikipedia. A free license for everyone like

CC-BY-SA-3.0 is acceptable. or the material here it would be hard for you to demonstrate that you can grant a license like that. For File:Elena Rumjantseva's portrait at an exhibition in Moscow.JPG perhaps you can prove that images are old enough to have no copyright any more. For her picture, unless you took the photo or paid for it to be taken, you cannot grant it to Wikipedia to use either. For File:Elena Rumjantseva's wokks.jpg you probably cannot grant any think like a license unless you are Elena Rumjantseva or a publisher that published everything.
